What would you do if you were implanted with the wrong embryo?

I just saw this on the news today as I was feeding my newborn. The story just broke my heart. It has to be hard on this family knowing once this baby is born he will have to go to his real parents. I couldn’t imagine the pain both of these families are going through. She could have just aborted the pregnancy when she found out she received the wrong embryo but instead she decided to go through with the pregnancy knowing that she can’t keep him. I don’t know if I could do what she is doing. I hope that her remaining embryos make it to full term with there surrogate so they can have the baby they wanted. What would you all have done in there situation?
Darlene it is NOT her baby though. She had 2 choices get an abortion or have the baby and give him to his biological parents.
I think this couple is amazing! I was a little angry initially when I saw they were doing IVF BUT then saw that due to their religious beliefs are finding surrogates for all their little babies. 
In terms of this specific story, having had four children of my own, just thinking of how hard it will be for them BREAKS my heart. I am 100% pro life but can definitely see how this would test that conviction. In spite of how hard it is, they are doing the right thing. I pray that God uses this to bless them richly, they deserve it for being so selfless… seriously, this story just makes me want to cry.
My grandmother got pregnant with a man she wasn’t married to. This was about 55 years ago (with my aunt) and at the time an unmarried woman was very frowned upon if she had a baby. She gave my aunt up for adoption… it was the single most difficult thing she had to do. She knew all along during her pregnancy that her baby wouldn’t be going home with her and she has told me repeatedly how when she left the hospital a part of her was missing because she had to leave her baby behind.
